CDEEP Services

CDEEP offers free services such as live streaming and recording for core institutional activities or events taking place at IIT Bombay. Whereas service request from Dean R&D, Academics, colloquium and talks will be charged as per CDEEP's policy.

Information Sheet

All requests for the use of any services to be rendered by CDEEP must be made to the 'CDEEP, Dean EO' in the form of Requisition in the prescribed form.
Allotment for Shooting / Editing dates will be done according to the studio/ personnel availability.
All requests for shooting and editing should be made at least 5 days in advance.
On confirmation of booking, it is requested to adhere strictly to the schedule.
For any activity kindly ensure that necessary permission has been granted by all the speakers/performers consenting to the recording.
The originals of all recorded materials will remain with CDEEP. Copies can be made available in requested formats subject to availability.
For the recording and production for non-core IITB Activities (Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, any sponsored events amd many more), charges will be payable.

Honorarium Policy for CDEEP staff

Honorarium is compensated for services rendered beyond the standard working hours of 09:00 Hrs to 18:00 Hrs during Monday to Friday.
Also, any services required on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays will also be eligible for honorarium compensation.
Honororium shall be as per office order No. REG/O-2/2017 dated 5th June 2017.

Group A (or O for project staff)	Rs.1800/Day

The honorarium is payable directly to the staff through cash section of IIT Bombay.
